A. Data Collection: Through our integration with Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), we collect and process "Platform Data" on behalf of our clients (dental clinics). This includes Page-Scoped User IDs (PSID), Instagram-Scoped User IDs (IGSID), and the content of messages sent to the clinic's professional accounts.
B. Purpose of Processing: We use this data solely to provide automated receptionist and chatbot services for dental clinics. This allows the clinics to respond to administrative inquiries (appointments, hours, location) in real-time.
C. Data Handling & Security: Message content is processed in real-time to generate automated responses and is stored securely only as long as necessary to maintain the chat thread for the clinic. We do not use this data for medical diagnosis, and we do not sell or share Platform Data with third parties for advertising purposes.
10. Google API Disclosure
Santidenty uses Google APIs to facilitate communication between dental practices and their patients. Our app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, nor do we allow human review of email content except when explicitly required for technical support at the user's request.
